Episodes: 1x01,1x02,1x03 to date. Movie star looks and Houdini-esque chops have made JB Benn and Chris Korn two of the hottest magicians in the country. They're also good buddies. MONDO MAGIC follows their amazing adventures as they travel to different cities performing magic and meeting up with the greatest magicians alive.
In each episode JB and Chris seek out top local magicians and see them perform their most amazing tricks. Along the way, they'll swap stories and tricks with the other magicians, impress the locals with their magic and get a taste of the local culture.
JB Benn was introduced to magic as a teenage delivery boy bringing sandwiches to a secret magic society in New York’s Lower East Side. By 16, he was performing professionally. JB’s passion is traveling to other cultures and sharing his tricks. He has worked his magic in locales ranging from the Masai in Africa to hill tribes in Burma to Papua, New Guinea to A-List parties in Hollywood.
Chris Korn has practiced magic for more than 21 years and has won every major magic award in existence. In 2003 he received the highest honor in magic, by winning the “International Competition of Magic” in London, beating out over 200 competitors. At age nineteen, Chris traveled to Salzburg Austria to perform for the Royal family and guests. Word soon spread about his abilities and soon Chris was performing for Royalty and high profile clientele around the world. |
